🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, contact us at support@nateaway.com with your order number and reason for return.

 


📦 Items not eligible for return

— Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects

— Items without original packaging

Socks, underwear, or personal items (due to hygiene reasons)

— Clearance or final-sale products

 


🔧 Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll review your case and either replace the item or issue a refund — no extra cost to you.

 


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

 


🚚 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or wrong item).
